Processing your order typically takes 1-2 business days, with delivery to U.S. locations within 5–10 business days after shipping. Both the order placer and recipient must be 21+ and show ID upon delivery. It's recommended to ship to a business or pick-up location to avoid multiple delivery attempts. Currently, shipping is available only within the U.S. to specific states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV, WY.

Shipping costs are determined by carrier and selected shipping speed by location and distance. Free shipping is offered on order subtotals exceeding $109 USD

Insurance: Shipping protection is offered on all orders. Purchasing the shipping protection offers insurance in case your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged and/or unusable. In the case this happens and you've purchased the package protection, reach out to us directly by email with your order number at info@sipandsavorwines.com so we can provide a resolution and/or replacement shipment.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping on Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
