The Mission

This very popular blend emphasizes both the strength and compatibility of these two varietals. Cabernet Sauvignon takes on a different - and delicious - personality when combined with Merlot. The blend percentages are critical and the fruit has been carefully selected to further enhance the result. Cabernet Sauvignon is more pervasive on the palate, but the addition of Merlot yields a more sensitive side to its nature. The supple tannins, richer fruit and ‘roundness’ of the Merlot highlight the subtler qualities of its partner.

Profile

Cabernet Sauvignon brings dark-fruit flavors of blackcurrant and bell pepper. Merlot is generous with its palate weight and fruit flavors.

The Mission is a delicious accompaniment to Barbecued Ribs, Bolognese Sauce, Grilled Sausages with peppers and onions, or Pepperoni Pizza.

Shipping

Depending on demand, it typically takes us 1-2 days to process your order and have your wine sampler pack ready to ship to your doorstep. Once the box leaves our warehouse, the box should arrive at your home within 5–10 business days for U.S. locations.

Both the person placing the order and the person receiving the order must be 21+ years of age and be able to show ID upon delivery. We strongly suggest that you have the wine delivered to a place of business or to your nearest FedEx pick-up location to prevent the risk of multiple delivery attempts.
