Cask & Barrel, Brandy Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon

In the 16th century, a Dutch trader created a method to transport wine more efficiently on his travels. He removed water from the wine creating a concentrate, which would come to be known as "burned wine" and later translated into a Brandy. 

Cask & Barrel has taken that same spirit of ingenuity by aging Cabernet Sauvignon in Brandy barrels for three months, giving our wine interesting flavor notes.Truly a unique wine to add to our barrel aged series. Join us on the journey.

Layered and complex, our Brandy Barrel aged Cabernet Sauvignon jumps from the glass with aromas and flavors of toffee, cream brûlée, cherry, and walnut wood with a delectable cinnamon spice finish.

Consider pairing with dishes like roasted meats (like lamb or duck), rich stews, braised dishes, and even A ged Cheddar, Gouda, or a sweet blue cheese like Gorgonzola that offer a good balance of flavors.  

Shipping

Depending on demand, it typically takes us 1-2 days to process your order and have your wine sampler pack ready to ship to your doorstep. Once the box leaves our warehouse, the box should arrive at your home within 5–10 business days for U.S. locations.

Both the person placing the order and the person receiving the order must be 21+ years of age and be able to show ID upon delivery. We strongly suggest that you have the wine delivered to a place of business or to your nearest FedEx pick-up location to prevent the risk of multiple delivery attempts.
