This premium Central Coast Chardonnay is aged in French Cognac Barrels to expand the depth of the Chardonnay’s complexity and elegance. The unique characters of the Cognac Barrel and the varietal Chardonnay bring about a “French Connection” that creates a truly unique wine.

Profile

Complex and unique, our Cognac Barrel aged Chardonnay jumps from the glass with aromas of pineapple and toasted coconut with a creamy palate of custard and vanilla. The wine finishes with toasty oak and baking spices to make for a decadent Chardonnay.

Pair

Enjoy with grilled halibut, roast tarragon chicken or pasta with a creamy pesto sauce. Asiago and Havarti are excellent cheese accompaniments.

Shipping

Depending on demand, it typically takes us 1-2 days to process your order and have your wine sampler pack ready to ship to your doorstep. Once the box leaves our warehouse, the box should arrive at your home within 5–10 business days for U.S. locations.

Both the person placing the order and the person receiving the order must be 21+ years of age and be able to show ID upon delivery. We strongly suggest that you have the wine delivered to a place of business or to your nearest FedEx pick-up location to prevent the risk of multiple delivery attempts.
