The Russian River Valley experiences an evening fog that rolls in from the Pacific Ocean, producing cooler temperatures that help shape the precise acidity of the grapes, creating a rich palate. We have our own private sources for some of the top vineyards in all of the Russian River Valley and we keep them Classified! Hand made in small batches to ensure the best flavor and highest quality.

Profile

Classified Pinot Noir opens with a dark cherry hue and an intriguing floral note. Rich flavors of black cherry and bright strawberry dominate the palate with complex undertones of white pepper and nutmeg. Firm and beautifully integrated tannins round out this delicious wine.

Pair

This versatile, food-friendly wines pairs well with a wide range of foods – experience it with blackened salmon, wine braised short ribs, portabella mushrooms with prosciutto and creamy cheeses like Gorgonzola or Brie.

Shipping

Depending on demand, it typically takes us 1-2 days to process your order and have your wine sampler pack ready to ship to your doorstep. Once the box leaves our warehouse, the box should arrive at your home within 5–10 business days for U.S. locations.

Both the person placing the order and the person receiving the order must be 21+ years of age and be able to show ID upon delivery. We strongly suggest that you have the wine delivered to a place of business or to your nearest FedEx pick-up location to prevent the risk of multiple delivery attempts.
