Our sparkling brut is characteristically dry, but trace amounts of sugar give it a hint of sweetness. It is a light-bodied white wine with bright acidity that contrasts very well with the bubbles. It is well-balanced and silky, making it the perfect choice to celebrate 2023.

Our sparkling brute brings an exceptional versatility when it comes to food pairing. The high acidity is able to cut through oils and fats, opening an array of possibilities. From caviar and butter-drenched seafood dishes to popcorn and fried appetizers, this really is the perfect accompaniment to a New Year’s Eve party. Our personal favorites are fried potatoes, smoked salmon, and oysters (and potato chips).

Shipping

Depending on demand, it typically takes us 1-2 days to process your order and have your wine sampler pack ready to ship to your doorstep. Once the box leaves our warehouse, the box should arrive at your home within 5–10 business days for U.S. locations.

Both the person placing the order and the person receiving the order must be 21+ years of age and be able to show ID upon delivery. We strongly suggest that you have the wine delivered to a place of business or to your nearest FedEx pick-up location to prevent the risk of multiple delivery attempts.
